Our Returns & Exchange Policy



We want you to love the gift that you have received. If you would like to exchange or return your gift, we are happy to replace it with another selection, issue a gift certificate, or refund the credit card used for purchase. You can return any unused item in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price (including sales tax).



To return an item, wrap the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:



1. Contact our Customer Service department toll-free at 1-800-822-5384 between the hours of 8AM - 5PM PST. You must contact Customer Service to return any product, for any reason.



2. Write down the Gift Return (GR) number given to you by the customer service representative.



3. Include the GR number in the return shipping address. The shipping address for returns is:

4. For your security, please return your gift through UPS. We will either e-mail or mail your pre-paid return label to use on the package. This will protect you in the event the item is damaged or lost in transit.
